We are looking for a seasoned QA superstar to join our ReactorCX data team. You are highly skilled in creating complex SQL queries in support of database testing and ETL concepts. This is a fun, agile, and fast-paced environment where your skills will be utilized in all facets of data analysis and test suite creation and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases and scenarios to ensure conditions, scripts, validation criteria, and expected results are successfully tested and also the business and technical requirements.
• Create and execute end-to-end test cases for enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in an agile environment to accomplish the following: 
  • Data reconciliation
  • Transformations following business and technical rules
  • Validation against legacy warehouse
  • Validation of reports and extracts
  • Formation of data trends and data matrix
• Report, track and determine the priority of reported bugs.
• Plan/monitor testing activities at the project level and responsible for test deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of overall testing experience with some years as a QA lead.
• Solid knowledge of ETL test data solutions utilizing open source ETL such as Pentaho, or cloud-based ETL tools for data extraction from non-SQL databases like MongoDB.
• Extensive experience with writing Mongo DB queries.
• Working knowledge of QA concepts and methodology.
• Experience with relational databases with 2+ years of experience writing complex database queries  (SQL, Oracle (PL/SQL or Teradata).
• Skills using tools such as Toad, Teradata client (SQL assistant) is highly preferred.
• Experience in testing business intelligence applications, and data warehouse solutions.
• QA experience with agile collaboration suites is highly preferred (Rally, JIRA, or equivalent); and quality management suite (HP Quality Center, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of other ETL tools such as Informatica, or AB Initio.
• Experience with defect tracking systems; version control systems; test management systems.

Desired Skills:

• Solid expertise in automation testing with any tool or open-source frameworks.
• Experience testing web services applications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree.
