We are looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead (Automation) who will design, build, test, deploy and streamline test automation solutions to ensure product quality for our US-based healthcare client.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop test cases and test scripts for various modules.
• Execute test scripts for the TriZetto Facets applications and modules.
• Perform defect analysis of failed test cases and develop solutions for the same by coordinating with development teams.
• Validate professional, institutional, and dentist claims in Facets, verify codes with description and requirements verify adjudication process of claim in Facets.
• Utilize best practices and concepts for the testing of the Facets application and other large healthcare software packages.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of US Healthcare software/application testing with a comprehensive knowledge of standard formal testing procedures, and software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with the TriZetto Facets system (membership, billing, and claims transactions) is a plus.
• Experience in EDI, Eligibility (HIPAA 834, 837, 270, 271), and others.
• Solid understanding of  HP-ALM, test strategy, detailed test planning, and test execution.
• In-depth knowledge of testing quality by employing top tools and standards techniques.
• Familiar with health care working environment, standards, business, and delivery process.
• Extensive knowledge of health information and healthcare services regulatory environment including HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare, and EDI.
• Knowledge of EDI and HIPAA testing privacy with multiple transaction exposure such as new-member enrolment, 834 inbound, claim 837 inbound, or claim adjudication, response to claim 835 outbound, 276 status inquiry, 277 response, and 270 eligibility/271 benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
